My journey

For nine years, I worked in a managerial position, and that job was very fulfilling. However, during my maternity leave, I realized that it was also quite exhausting, and at the same time, my priorities had shifted. Family became my top priority, I discovered the beauty of living in the present moment, and I also developed a strong desire for self-fulfillment.

In 2023, I was searching for my life’s purpose—something that would bring me joy. The first step was to work through my past in therapy. Then, I focused on organizing my family finances, decluttering both my home and my digital world. I also made changes to my eating habits and daily routines. That’s when I became deeply interested in minimalism.

I wanted a clear mind so I could focus entirely on coaching. It fills me with incredible energy and brings me joy, stemming from a deep connection with my clients and witnessing their progress. My communication is characterized by deep empathy, calmness, and professionalism. I am very mindful in my approach, ensuring that my questions do not lead in any specific direction but rather respect each client’s individuality and inner world.

Lifelong learning is my passion. I strive to stay updated on the latest coaching trends and explore new methods. Currently, I am taking a Human Design course.
