experience It – individual session

It’s great when you can experience coaching firsthand. That’s why the best way to start is with an introductory session, where you can decide whether you’d like to continue with a full series.

This introductory session is free of charge.

one-time session

If you want to look at your topic from a different perspective, reflect on it, or consider an important decision, this one-time session is a great option for you.

The session lasts 90 minutes.

coaching series

In a coaching series, we work on long-term goals across multiple areas of the client’s life. This process is highly intensive and gradually brings desired changes and new habits into everyday life.

The coaching series consists of 10–12 sessions.

evaluation session

Have you completed a coaching series but find it helpful to check in with your coach, for example, once every six months, to reflect on the past period and plan the next one? We can do that.

I also enjoy reflecting, and a single session can accomplish a lot.

group coaching
